Lumber yards shall be subject to the following provisions: (1) All lumber yards with accessory outdoor sales, display, or storage areas shall be screened from view of street rights-of-way and land zoned R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, or residential PD in accordance with Sec. 61-14-237 of this Code; and (2) No lumber yard, that is located within five hundred (500) feet of a residential or business zoning district, shall receive or dispatch deliveries of lumber or building materials between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
